Please understand CHUU accepts returns or exchanges for defective or misdelivered products only. CHUU does not accept returns of unwanted merchandise at this time.
If you believe the product you have received is defective or is different from what you ordered, you must notify us within five business days from time of receipt. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Q&A Board with the order number, product name, and a picture demonstrating the defect.
Once our customer service center confirms the defect/error, you will be notified and given instructions for a FedEx pick-up. The product must arrive at our Korea office with all original condition/packaging, including tags intact, within 10 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product arrives safely. Please keep shipment details for your records.
Please understand we will not provide compensation for shipping expense for defective products sent via couriers other than FedEx or without consultation.
CHUU will not be responsible for packages we do not physically ship. CHUU reserves the right to refuse exchange when the above conditions are not met.
CHUU reserves the right to refuse products sent back without consultation.
Refunds due to sold out
When a product you ordered is sold out and no longer available for shipping, we will notify you via your registered e-mail address.
We provide two options for refunds of sold-out products: getting back the corresponding amount
1) to your original method of payment or
2) with CHUU store credit.
If you choose to receive the refund through store credit,
we will give you an extra 3% in addition to the original price.
You may also choose to add a new product to your order in place for the sold-out product.
For this reason, please be sure to use an email address you frequently check when making a CHUU account. If we fail to hear back from you regarding sold-out merchandise,
the refund process gets delayed.
Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea,
popular products quickly sell out.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases,
but sometimes these instances are inevitable.
We sincerely apologize for such inconvenience :(
It takes 7-10 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
