An item is eligible for cancellation if you posted a refurn request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under "Pending"
(if your order is under "Queued for Shipment" status, please contact our customer service center); or
the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
the ordered item is out of stock.
Separated shipping policy guide If multiple items are not ready to ship out together within the 4~5day period, the readied products are shipped out first separately.
By any chance you do not wish separated shipment,
please contact us through the 'changes before delivery' board before 4PM(KST) on a weekday.
If you post this on a different board or post it after 4PM,the customer will have to pay for the shipping.
