Refunds and Returns
Return processes differ depending on the type of return. NOTICE: Please note that you may not be able to return the products depending on how your area is affected by Covid-19 (lockdown, postal services unavailable etc.) Please take this into account before placing your order.
ALL returns must have a Return Note (contact us at email@example.com and we will send
it to you) inside the return package in order to be processed.
Returns Or Exchanges Due To Defect Or Error
If you believe the product you have received is defective or is different from what you ordered,
must notify us within five business days from time of receipt.
Please contact us via email only at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number,product name, and
a picture demonstrating the defect.
Once our customer service center confirms the defect/error, you will be notified and given instructions for
a FedEx pick-up.
The product must arrive at our Korea office with all original condition/packaging within 10 business days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product arrives safely.
Please keep shipment details for your records.
Chuu will not be responsible for packages we do not physically ship.
Chuu reserves the right to refuse returns when the above conditions are not met.
Chuu reserves the right to refuse products sent back without consultation.
Returns Or Exchanges Of Unwanted Merchandise
Chuu accepts returns only (no exchanges) for all our merchandise except swimwear,
intimates, shapewear, jewelry and miscellaneous goods.
All items sent within boxed packaging must be maintained in their original seal/wrapping.
If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted merchandise first and place a new
If you would like to return an unwanted product, please first email us at email@example.com your order number
and the name of the item you wish to return within 5 business days of receiving your package.
When you send us back the product, please include a properly filled out return note, and make sure to use a
postal service that insures you for the value of the item you are returning and obtain proof of shipping.
Please understand all returning shipment of unwanted merchandise needs to be sent at customer's expense.
Any cash-on-delivery packages of unwanted merchandise will not be accounted for.
Please provide us a tracking number within 10 business days of receiving the product, and
once we confirm receipt of the product in its original condition/packaging,
you will be refunded for the full amount of merchandise in the form of Chuu store credit.
Partial Returns: If your net purchase amount after returning is less than the free
shipping requirement, the value of returning merchandise - .99 will be credited to your Chuu store credit.
If your net purchase amount after returning is still above the free shipping requirement, the entire value
of returning merchandise will be refunded in the form of Chuu store credit, i.e., no shipping fee will be

Refunds Due To Sold Out
When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund the amount to your credit card and notify you via your
registered e-mail address.
This means that your product is sold out from the market and is no longer available for shipping.
Due to the fast-paced fashion industry in Korea, popular products quickly sell out.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to
prevent such cases,
but because Chuu runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, these instances are

If, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free
shipping minimum requirement,
you do not need to worry. In such cases, you will not be charged for additional shipping.
In the case that more than 50% of the number of products in your order is sold out, you may choose to
cancel the entire order.
Should this be the case, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the last sold out notification email.
We want to make sure you receive the items you ordered as soon as possible, so if we do not hear back from
you, we will go ahead and process the rest of your order as planned.

Price Adjustment Policy
We are happy to process a price adjustment if we reduce the price of any merchandise (in the same color and
size) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that we offer price adjustments only for items purchased at original price,
and that you must first request a price adjustment via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE MATCHING FOR BLACK FRIDAY DEALS AND FLASH SALES.
In the email, please specify a preferred method between the following:
1) getting back the dollar amount difference in price with store credit OR
2) receiving a Discount Code with the same discount percentage as the product on sale. In either case, the
expiration date will be two months from issuing date.
