It fits exactly the way you hope it does. I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs and I’ve never been more happy about a purchase I wasn’t sure about because I thought my hips were “too wide.” I ordered it, not only because it’s a GORGEOUS dress, but also because I noticed it’s tighter on the upper waist and looser all the way down which fits my body PERFECTLY!!
